Acceptance of the conditions

The following agreement describes your obligations when using the website Mática Partners available at https://matica.ai or any other website of Mática Partners SL or its affiliates (collectively, “Mática”), (each a “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Mática Partners, and you access it under the terms of use described below (“Terms of Use”).

Modification of the Terms of Use

Mática Partners reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace the Conditions of Use at any time. If the modifications constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, Mática will notify you by posting an announcement on the Site. What constitutes a “substantial change” will be determined at Mática Partners’ sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment. Indemnization

You will indemnify and hold harmless Mática, its parent companies, subsidiaries , affiliates, customers, suppliers, officers and employees from any liability, damages or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising from (i) any claim or demand brought by any third party due to or arising out of your access or use of the Site or any content on the Site, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Exclusion of warranties

Any dispute arising from the Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union, without prejudice to any conflict of law principles. Any action related to the Terms of Use must be filed and maintained in a court in the city of Barcelona, Spain (EU), and users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of said courts for such purpose.</span
