OUR COMMITMENT TO THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA: “INFORMED PEOPLE AND PROTECTED DATA”
The Management / Governing Body of MÁTICA PARTNERS SL (hereinafter, the data controller), assumes maximum responsibility and commitment to the establishment, implementation and maintenance of this Data Protection Policy, guaranteeing the continuous improvement of the data controller in order to achieve excellence in relation to compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Protection Regulation of Data) (OJEU L 119/1, of 04.05.2016), and the Spanish regulations on the protection of personal data (Organic Law, specific sectoral legislation and its implementing regulations)
The Data Protection Policy of MÁTICA PARTNERS SL. It is based on the principle of proactive responsibility, according to which the data controller is responsible for compliance with the regulatory and jurisprudential framework that governs said Policy, and can demonstrate this to the competent control authorities.
In this sense, the data controller will follow the following principles that should serve as a guide and framework for all its staff in the processing of personal data:
1.Data protection design: the data controller, both when determining the means of processing and at the time of processing itself, will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as pseudonymization, designed to effectively apply data protection principles such as data minimization and to integrate the necessary safeguards into the processing
2.Data protection by default: the data controller will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that, by default, Personal data are processed only if they are necessary for each specific purpose of processing.
3.Data protection during the life of the information: measures that guarantee the protection of personal data will be applicable throughout the information life cycle.
4.Legitimacy, loyalty and transparency: personal data will be processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the interested party.
5.Purpose limitation: personal data will be collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and will not be processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
6.Data minimization: personal data must be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is collected are treated.
7.Accuracy: personal data must be exact and, where appropriate, updated; All reasonable steps must be taken to ensure that personal data that is inaccurate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed is deleted or rectified without delay.
8.Limitation of storage time: personal data will be kept in a format that allows the identification of the interested parties for no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing personal data.
9.Integrity and confidentiality: personal data will be processed in a way that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, by implementing appropriate technical or organizational measures.
10.Information and training: one of the keys to guaranteeing the protection of personal data is the training and information provided to the personnel involved in their treatment. During the life cycle of the information, all personnel with access to the data will be duly trained and informed about their obligations in relation to compliance with data protection regulations.
The Data Protection Policy of MÁTICA PARTNERS SL. It is communicated to all the staff of the person responsible for the treatment and is made available to all interested parties.
Consequently, this Data Protection Policy involves all the personnel responsible for the treatment, who must know it and assume it. , considering it as its own, with each member being responsible for applying it and verifying the data protection standards applicable to its activity, as well as for identifying and providing the possibilities for improvement that they consider appropriate to achieve excellence in relation to compliance.</span
This Policy will be reviewed by the Management / Governing Body of MÁTICA PARTNERS SL, as many times as deemed necessary, in order to comply, at all times, with current provisions regarding the protection of personal data.
